The full details of how to return an order can be read below, as a short-cut, please find our Returns form HERE. You must download and fill in this form - which states our return address and full details.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not exchange items. We will refund your return in full and you are advised to simply place a new order for the item you need. This is due to our order stock and returns being processed at two separate locations. And so, please reorder what it is you need and we will refund your return as explained below.
We normally send out orders the same day (next week-day delivery) for all orders received before 3.30pm; Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be sent the following week-day morning unless a different dispatch time is stated on the product page. Orders may be sent via Royal Mail or by courier depending on the cost. Orders placed on a Friday - before 3.30pm - will be delivered the following Monday - otherwise they will be sent on Monday with delivery on Tuesday. In all cases, bank holidays affect delivery wherein bank holidays can be likened to a weekend (where there will be no activity) - i.e: orders will not be sent out on / or delivered on a bank holiday. While we aim to have orders delivered the next day, we cannot be held accountable for delayed deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE: we may run order send outs / delivery with delays and in these circumstances, we will update our social media channels to give our clients and customers fair warning.
Adorn Makeup Supplies aims to make buying from us as easy as is possible. You can return goods within 14 days for a refund. Goods must be in ‘as new’ condition. We reserve the right to not accept returns if we deem an item to be used; for instance, if a cartridge / needle seal or box is open / broken. The item must be in the original box with all relevant leaflets and brochures present. If we do accept a returned item that has been opened / or part used; then we can charge a restocking / processing fee of 20% of the product / order price, minus the original postage cost which may not be refunded.
When returning an item, you must download our Returns Form located HERE, fill it in and include it with your returned item(s). We will refund you the full amount minus the postage costs. All items are viewed and checked by us before we send them out to ensure that they are the correct item and that there are no defects.
We advise that when returning items to us; a recorded delivery service is used, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to us.
